Terms of Service

By visiting Ovaideu, creating an account, starting a trial, connecting a provider, submitting a form, booking a demo, purchasing a plan, or using any workspace feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use Ovaideu on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity and manage the connected accounts.

Ovaideu provides software, workflows, AI-assisted drafts, reporting surfaces, and optional support for advertising, analytics, tracking, landing page, CRM, and MCP/API workflows. Ovaideu is not a guarantee of platform approval, leads, sales, ranking, ROAS, profit, or business success.

Users may connect only ad accounts, analytics properties, websites, CRM systems, domains, payment profiles, and data sources they own or are legally authorized to manage.

Provider terms, advertising policies, privacy laws, email/SMS/WhatsApp laws, CRM policies, platform billing rules, and account verification requirements continue to apply.

AI can draft campaigns, copy, keywords, targeting ideas, landing page angles, reports, and recommendations. Users must review and approve important outputs before publishing, increasing spend, changing budgets, contacting leads, installing tracking, changing provider settings, or sending communications.

Any future automation mode must be explicitly enabled by the account owner and remain subject to plan limits, permissions, audit logs, and provider policy.

Plan pricing, free trials, usage limits, workspaces, user seats, connected accounts, MCP/API access, onboarding, and support levels are governed by the pricing page, checkout screen, invoice, written agreement, or owner-approved offer shown at purchase time.

Third-party charges such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, hosting, domains, APIs, SMS, email, CRM, analytics, payment gateway, or automation tools are separate unless Ovaideu states otherwise in writing.

Advertising and lead generation depend on budget, offer strength, market demand, competitors, tracking quality, website speed, sales process, platform review, account history, policies, and third-party systems. Ovaideu does not guarantee approvals, leads, sales, rankings, conversion rate, ROAS, cost per lead, or profit.

Ovaideu may suspend or restrict accounts, workspaces, integrations, API keys, MCP access, automation, or support where payment risk, abuse, spam, fraud, security risk, policy violation, illegal use, impersonation, credential misuse, scraping, or harm to users or third parties is suspected.
