Payment Policy
Ovaideu payment, invoice, subscription, ad spend, taxes, late payment, processor, and third-party charge policy.

01Invoices and due dates
Invoices, checkout links, subscription renewals, setup fees, onboarding fees, and service payments are due on the date shown in checkout, the invoice, the proposal, or written approval. If no due date is shown, payment is due immediately.
02Platform fees versus ad spend
Ovaideu subscription or service fees are separate from ad spend and third-party costs. Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, hosting, domains, API usage, email, SMS, CRM, analytics, payment gateway, and software charges remain the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.
03Processor and billing portal
Ovaideu may use Stripe or another approved processor for checkout, invoices, subscription management, taxes, customer portal access, and payment records. Processor terms and fees may apply.
04Late payment and suspension
Late payment may result in paused access, disabled automation, delayed onboarding, suspended support, restricted API/MCP access, or inability to launch workflows. Ovaideu is not liable for business impact caused by late payment or failed third-party billing.
