Subscription and Non-Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all payments made to Ovaideu are final, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Once payment is made, Ovaideu allocates platform access, infrastructure, support capacity, onboarding capacity, billing records, and operational planning.

A user may cancel a subscription according to the available billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewal after the active billing period where supported, but it does not create a refund for the current period, unused time, onboarding, setup work, API usage, third-party fees, or already allocated support.

Trial length, promotional pricing, setup credits, onboarding credits, coupons, or discounts apply only as shown at checkout or in a written offer. A trial or discount does not guarantee future pricing, feature access, provider approval, or results.

Subscription fees pay for software access, support capacity, workflows, and platform features. They do not guarantee ad approvals, traffic, leads, revenue, ranking, profit, or any fixed marketing outcome.

Users agree not to file false, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks. Ovaideu may submit invoices, checkout logs, account activity, communications, support records, and this policy as evidence in a dispute.
