01No automatic rights
Submitting a form, paying a fee, discussing an opportunity, using Ovaideu, receiving training, or joining an affiliate flow does not create a franchise, agency, employment, partnership, reseller, white-label, or exclusive territory unless Ovaideu/OIESU signs a separate written agreement.
02Partner approval
Referral, reseller, affiliate, white-label, or channel relationships require written approval. Ovaideu may reject, pause, or terminate relationships where brand, quality, compliance, payment, delivery, or customer risk exists.
03No authority to bind Ovaideu
Partners, freelancers, affiliates, vendors, resellers, and white-label collaborators may not make guarantees, collect money in the Ovaideu name, sign contracts, promise refunds, promise results, or represent Ovaideu/OIESU unless authorized in writing.
