Data Processing Addendum
Ovaideu controller/processor roles, subprocessors, connected-provider processing, international transfer, and security model.

01Roles
Customers are generally controllers of their account, campaign, CRM, lead, and workspace data. Ovaideu generally acts as a processor or service provider when operating the SaaS on their behalf, except where Ovaideu processes data for security, billing, legal, product analytics, fraud prevention, or its own business operations.
02Subprocessors
Hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, AI model, support, monitoring, and connected-provider services may process data when enabled by the customer or required to operate Ovaideu.
03Security measures
Production systems should use encryption, role-based access, tenant scoping, audit logs, secure secrets, webhook verification, backups, incident review, and provider-scope minimization.
